When Jumeaux and Sarah started planning their wedding, they knew that they wanted to do things their own way.
With both loving nature and the outdoors, they chose the natural bush setting at Mount Coot-tha for their ceremony – close to the very place where Jumeax first proposed.
They also decided that if they could pick any date for their wedding, then it should be on Leap Year Day, February 29th.
The couple imagined a quiet and authentic ceremony, with just their closest family, and of course, their chocolate lab, Kofi.
Jumeaux walked down the aisle accompanied by her mum, then Sarah follwed accompanied by her mum. They chose the instrumental piece, “Meant to be” by Two Steps from Hell as their entrance song.
The couple chose to wear comfortable cotton shirts and trousers reflecting the colours of nature.
After their intimate ceremony, the couple and their guests celebrated with lunch at the Summit cafe high atop Mount Coot-tha.
